Even if the program states that the number of Shots is unlimited

However, for skin safety and in accordance with device usage standards

The clinic reserves the right to limit the number of Shots for each area as follows:

👉Under-eye area: 100–200 Shots

👉Nasolabial folds: 100–200 Shots

👉Cheeks + nasolabial folds: no more than 400 Shots

👉Jawline + double chin: no more than 400 Shots

👉Full face + double chin: no more than 500 Shots

👉Full face + double chin + neck: no more than 600 Shots

- The procedure takes approximately 25 minutes.

 

✅Pre-treatment care

- Avoid smoking.

- Get at least 8–10 hours of sleep each day.

- Avoid alcohol and caffeinated beverages such as tea and coffee.

- Stop taking medications and vitamins that may increase bleeding risk 1 week before treatment.

- Eat foods that help promote collagen and elastin production in the skin.

 

✅Post-treatment care

Therma Lift Program

- After Thermage treatment, you can resume your normal daily activities without downtime.

- You may use skincare products or wear makeup as usual. 

- Apply moisturizing skincare products.

- Apply sunscreen with SPF 30 and PA+++ or higher.

- Avoid direct exposure to strong sunlight for approximately 2 weeks after treatment.

- Avoid heat, such as steam rooms and saunas, for 2 weeks.

- Avoid treatments, heat-based lasers, and RF treatments targeting the deeper skin layers for approximately 1 month.

⚠️Side effects after treatment

After the procedure, you may experience tightness or soreness in the treated area, or skin redness. The redness will resolve on its own within 2–3 hours after treatment.

If you experience pain, swelling, soreness, or tenderness in the treated area, these symptoms are also normal and may commonly occur after the procedure.

They will resolve on their own. However, if you experience pain, swelling, redness, soreness, or severe discomfort, we recommend applying a cold compress to the affected area.

In approximately 5–7 days or 2 weeks or more, the symptoms will gradually subside and resolve on their own.
