- Get at least 8-10 hours of sleep daily.

- Avoid alcohol and caffeine such as tea and coffee.

- One week before treatment, avoid medications and vitamins that increase bleeding risk.

- Eat foods that help boost collagen and elastin production in the skin.

✅Post-treatment care

- After Thermage treatment, you can resume your daily activities normally without downtime.

- You can use moisturizers or makeup as usual.

- Emphasize applying moisturizing skin care products.

- Emphasize applying sunscreen with SPF 30 PA+++ or higher.

- Avoid intense sun exposure for about 2 weeks after treatment.

- Avoid heat such as steam or sauna for 2 weeks.

- Avoid treatments, hot lasers, and deep RF skin treatments for about 1 month.

⚠️Side effects after treatment

After the procedure, there may be stiffness or tightness in the treated area or redness of the skin, which will disappear on its own within 2-3 hours after treatment.

If there is pain, swelling, soreness, or tenderness in the treated area, these are also normal symptoms and can occur after the procedure.

And it can heal on its own, but if the customer experiences pain, swelling, redness, soreness, or severe pain, it is recommended to apply a cold compress to the affected area.
