What is Program Therma Lift❓

It uses the same operating principle as Thermage, applying RF heat energy deep into the fat layer to stimulate new collagen production. This tightens the skin and helps reduce fat, making it suitable for people with excess fat.

- Get at least 8–10 hours of sleep per day.

- Avoid alcoholic beverages and caffeine, such as tea and coffee.

- For 1 week before the treatment, avoid medications and vitamins that may increase the risk of bleeding.

- Eat foods that help promote collagen and elastin production in the skin.

✅Aftercare instructions

- After Thermage, you can resume your normal daily activities without downtime.

- You may use moisturizer or apply makeup as usual.

- Apply moisturizing skincare products.

- Apply sunscreen with SPF 30 PA+++ or higher.

- Avoid direct exposure to strong sunlight for approximately 2 weeks after the treatment.

- Avoid heat, such as steam rooms and saunas, for 2 weeks.

- Avoid treatments, heat-based lasers, and RF that penetrate deep into the skin for approximately 1 month.

⚠️Side effects after the treatment

After the treatment, you may experience tightness or soreness in the treated area, or redness of the skin. The redness will resolve on its own within 2–3 hours after the treatment.

If you experience pain, swelling, tenderness, or soreness in the treated area, these are also normal symptoms. They may commonly occur after the treatment.

These symptoms can resolve on their own. However, if you experience pain, swelling, redness, tenderness, or severe soreness, we recommend applying a cold compress to the affected area.

In general, symptoms will gradually subside and resolve on their own over approximately 5–7 days or 2 weeks or more.
