-If bruising occurs from the injection, apply a cold compress to reduce it. The bruising will fade on its own within 2-3 days

-Do not use cosmetics for the first 12 hours

-Avoid direct sunlight and UV rays, use sunscreen regularly, and avoid temperatures below 0 degrees

-Avoid saunas for two weeks after injections

-Avoid strenuous activities for 24 hours after treatment

-Avoid rubbing or massaging the injection area for 6 hours after treatment

-Avoid microneedling, peels, or laser treatments for two to four weeks

-Drink plenty of water for 48 hours after treatment
