Injections are available only at Asoke branch on Saturdays and Siam branch on Sundays.
It stimulates cells in the deep dermis to produce collagen, lifting and firming the skin, making it plump and youthful by activating the body's immune system.
It tightens the skin and increases elasticity, deeply rejuvenating the skin from within, helping to reverse aging and restore youthful skin.
How does Sculptra work?
1. Sculptra is mixed with sterile water and injected into the deep subcutaneous layer of the skin.
2. The skin will look immediately fuller after injection due to the volume of water injected.
3. After 2-3 days, water and other components are absorbed by the body, leaving only Sculptra particles, which may cause deep lines and wrinkles to reappear temporarily.
4. Then, Sculptra stimulates the body's immune system by attracting macrophages to surround many Sculptra particles and signals fibroblast cells to gather more.
5. Fibroblasts are progenitor cells that produce collagen fibers, the main component of skin structure, making the skin strong and firm.
6. Later, Sculptra gradually disappears, leaving only collagen fibers that accumulate and restore skin structure strength in the long term.
7. Helps lift and firm the face and rejuvenate skin quality for up to 25 months.
Who should not receive Sculptra injections
• Do not use in individuals with hypersensitivity to any component of the product.
• Do not use Sculptra products containing lidocaine in individuals with a history of hypersensitivity to lidocaine.
• Do not use in individuals with severe allergic reactions or a history of anaphylaxis.
• Do not use if there are active lesions such as inflammation (skin with rashes like cysts, acne, rash, or hives), infection, or tumors nearby until symptoms are controlled.
• Those who have had or are sensitive to keloid or raised scars, those treated with immunosuppressive drugs, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with bleeding disorders, or those using substances affecting platelet function, blood thinners, or anticoagulants may experience prolonged bruising, hematoma, or localized bleeding.

Post-injection care instructions
1. Apply a cold gel pack to the treated area within the first 24 hours to help reduce swelling.
2. Avoid makeup, sauna, and steam bath for 24 hours.
3. Avoid sunlight and UV rays until the swelling subsides.
4. Massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times consecutively for 5 days. You can ask your doctor about the massage technique.
