Injections are available only at the Asoke branch on Saturdays and the Siam branch on Sundays.
It stimulates cells in the deeper layers of the skin to produce collagen, resulting in a lifted, firmer, plumper, and more youthful-looking face by activating the body's immune system.
It makes the skin firmer and more elastic, deeply rejuvenating the skin from within and helping turn back the clock so the skin looks youthful again.
How does Sculptra work?
1. Sculptra is mixed with sterile water and injected into the deep subcutaneous layer.
2. The skin will appear immediately plumper after injection due to the volume of fluid injected.
3. After 2–3 days, the water and other components are absorbed by the body, leaving only Sculptra particles, so deep grooves and wrinkles may become visible again.
4. Sculptra then begins to stimulate the body’s immune system, attracting Macrophages to surround the many Sculptra particles and signaling Fibroblast cells to gather in greater numbers.
5. Fibroblasts are precursor cells that produce collagen fibers, a key component of the skin’s structure, helping make the skin stronger and firmer.
6. Sculptra gradually disappears, leaving only collagen fibers that accumulate in its place, restoring the skin’s strength and structure over the long term.
7. Helps lift the face and restore skin quality, lasting 25 months.
People who should not receive Sculptra injections
• Do not use in people with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the product’s ingredients.
• Do not use Sculptra products mixed with lidocaine in people with a history of hypersensitivity to lidocaine.
• Do not use in people with severe allergies or a history of anaphylaxis.
• Do not use when symptomatic lesions are present, such as inflammation (skin with rashes, including cysts, acne, rashes, or hives), infection, or tumors in nearby areas, until the condition can be controlled.
• People with a history of or susceptibility to keloids or raised scars; those receiving immunosuppressive treatment; pregnant or breastfeeding women; people with bleeding disorders; or those using substances that affect platelet function, thrombolytic drugs, or anticoagulants may experience bruising, hematomas, or localized bleeding.

Post-injection care instructions
Apply a cold gel pack to the treated area during the first 24 hours to help reduce swelling.
Avoid makeup, saunas, and steam baths for 24 hours.
Avoid sunlight and UV light until the swelling subsides.
Massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 consecutive days. You can ask your treating physician about the massage technique.
