Injections are available only at the Asok branch on Saturdays and the Siam branch on Sundays.
Stimulates cells in the deep layers of the skin to produce collagen, improving the skin's appearance and helping it look lifted, firm, plump, and youthful by activating the body's immune system.
Makes the skin firmer and more elastic, deeply revitalizing it from within and helping it look younger.
How does Sculptra work?
1. Sculptra is mixed with sterile water and injected into the deep subcutaneous layer.
2. The skin looks fuller immediately after injection due to the volume of water injected.
3. After 2-3 days, the water and other components are absorbed by the body, leaving only the Sculptra particles. As a result, deep folds and wrinkles may reappear.
4. Sculptra then begins to stimulate the body's immune system, drawing macrophages to surround the Sculptra particles. Signals are sent to recruit more fibroblasts.
5. Fibroblasts are cells that produce collagen fibers, a key component of skin structure, helping the skin become stronger and firmer.
6. Sculptra gradually disappears, leaving behind accumulated collagen fibers that restore skin strength and structure over the long term.
7. Helps lift and firm the face and restore skin quality for up to 25 months.
Who should not receive Sculptra injections
• Do not use in people with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
• Do not use Sculptra mixed with lidocaine in people with a history of hypersensitivity to lidocaine.
• Do not use in people with a history of severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis.
• Do not use if there are active lesions, such as inflammation (skin with a rash, such as cysts, acne, rashes, or hives), infection, or tumors in the nearby area, until the condition is under control.
• People with a history of or susceptibility to keloids or raised scars; those receiving immunosuppressive treatment; pregnant or breastfeeding women; people with bleeding disorders; or those taking substances that affect platelet function, blood-thinning medication, or anticoagulants may experience bruising, hematomas, or localized bleeding.

Post-injection care
1. Apply a cold gel pack to the treated area during the first 24 hours to help reduce swelling.
2. Avoid makeup, saunas, and steam rooms for 24 hours.
3. Avoid sunlight and UV light until the swelling goes down.
4. Massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 consecutive days. Ask your doctor for instructions on how to massage.
