💥 Skin care after MORPHEUS 8

1. The first 24 hours after the procedure
   • Apply the medication given by the clinic (Terramycin) throughout the day as directed by the doctor
   • Avoid washing your face, avoid water contact, and avoid heavy sweating
   • If you need to clean the skin, use saline-soaked cotton to gently wipe only the necessary areas. Do not rub hard

2. After 24 hours
   • You can start cleansing your face normally using a gentle, non-irritating cleanser
   • Switch to moisturizing creams (Moisturizer) and/or sunscreen

3. Makeup
   • Avoid makeup for at least 3 days after the procedure
   • If you want to wear makeup afterward, choose gentle products and always remove them thoroughly

4. Skin care
   • Use moisturizing creams that do not irritate the skin, such as those containing Hyaluronic Acid
   • Can be applied morning and evening after cleansing and before sunscreen

5. Products to temporarily avoid
   • Avoid facial scrubs, rubbing, or pressing the skin hard
   • Avoid using exfoliating products (such as AHA, BHA)
   • Avoid vitamin A/retinol/acne spot treatments that irritate the skin for at least 1 week after the procedure

6. Avoiding sunlight
   • Skin will be more sensitive to light than usual for 1–2 weeks after the procedure
   • Avoid intense sun exposure or staying outdoors for long periods as it can easily cause melasma, freckles, or dark spots

7. Using sunscreen
   • Apply sunscreen daily after the first 24 hours
   • Choose a high SPF and protection against both UVA/UVB
   • If you need to be outdoors in the sun, reapply every 2–3 hours and wear a hat/umbrella as well

8. Internal care
   • Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep the skin hydrated and help it recover better
   • Get enough rest and avoid drinking alcohol or smoking during the initial period after the procedure
