❌ Customers under 18 years of age are not accepted under any circumstances.

❌ Packages cannot be shared under any circumstances.

❌ Customers who are pregnant cannot receive any services.

❌ Customers who are breastfeeding cannot receive any injectable treatments.

❌ Numbing cream is not free. If you would like numbing cream applied, you must book an additional numbing-cream appointment in the system.

An additional service fee of 200 will apply, payable at the branch on the day of service.

🔻 Can treatments using device-based procedures be performed on the same day?

✅ Two devices can be used on the same day.

✅ Customers may choose which device to use first.

✅ The treatment areas must be different for each device.

📍 Important conditions

1️⃣ In all cases, a doctor or specialist must assess you on-site first to determine whether your skin can tolerate energy from multiple devices.

2️⃣ If you would like to have 2 different treatments using different devices on the same day

* Please book 2 separate appointments and always choose times that are close together.

💡 Important note

Only for Ultraformer III and HIFU devices

If you would like to have both devices done on the same day and the combined number of shots is 1,000 shots or more

It will not be possible to do this on the same day in all cases, for skin safety.
