Botox helps inhibit muscle activity, causing muscles to relax and work less.

🔻When does Botox show results🔻

⏩Botox for wrinkles: Usually, after Botox injection, wrinkles start to tighten within 3-4 days and fully tighten in 14 days.

The clearest results appear after about 1 month or more.

- Remove makeup from the injection area.

- Apply cold compress to the injection area.

- Injection takes about 10 minutes.

✅Preparation before Botox

- 1-2 days before injection, stop using vitamin A acid drugs, AHA, and facial scrubs.

- 1 week before injection, stop using NSAIDs painkillers such as Brufen, Naproxen, Motrin, vitamin E, fish oil, Ginkgo to reduce bruising.

✅Post-Botox care

- After treatment, cosmetics and creams can be used gently; avoid rubbing hard.

- In the first 1-2 hours, try to move the injected muscles to help the medicine spread into the muscles more.

- Do not lie flat or on your side for the first 3-4 hours.

- Cold compress can be used if there is redness or bruising.

- Avoid facial treatments, massages, sauna, and laser for the first 2 weeks.
