- 1-2 days before injection, stop using vitamin A acid group medications, AHA, and facial scrubs.

- 1 week before injection, stop using painkillers NSAIDs such as Brufen, Naproxen, Motrin, vitamin E, fish oil, and ginkgo to reduce bruising.
