- Remove makeup from the area to be injected.

- Apply a cold compress to the injection site.

- The injection takes approximately 10 minutes.

✅Preparing for Your Botox Program

- Stop using retinoids, AHA products, and facial scrubs 1-2 days before your injection.

- Stop taking NSAID pain relievers, including Brufen, Naproxen, and Motrin, as well as vitamin E, fish oil, and ginkgo, 1 week before your injection to reduce bruising.

✅Botox Program Aftercare

- You can use makeup and skincare products after treatment. Apply them gently and avoid rubbing or pressing hard.

- For the first 1-2 hours, try to move the muscles in the treated area to help the medication spread further into the muscles.

- Do not lie flat or on your side for the first 3-4 hours.

- Apply a cold compress if you experience redness or bruising.

- Avoid treatments, facial massages, steam facials, and laser treatments for the first 2 weeks.
