- 1 week before injection, stop using painkillers NSAIDs such as Brufen, Naproxen, Motrin, vitamin E, fish oil, and ginkgo to reduce bruising

- After treatment, you can use cosmetics and skincare creams, applying gently and avoiding rubbing hard

- In the first 1-2 hours, try to move the muscles in the injection area to help the medicine spread into the muscles better

- Avoid lying flat or on your side for the first 3-4 hours
