- Remove makeup from the injection area

- Apply cold compress to the injection area

- Injection takes about 10 minutes

✅Preparation before Botox

- 1-2 days before injection, stop using vitamin A acid, AHA, and facial scrubs

- 1 week before injection, stop using painkillers NSAIDs such as Brufen, Naproxen, Motrin, vitamin E, fish oil, Ginkgo to reduce bruising

✅Post-Botox care

- After treatment, cosmetics and creams can be used gently, avoiding strong rubbing

- In the first 1-2 hours, try to move the injected muscles to help the medicine spread into the muscles

- Do not lie flat or on your side for the first 3-4 hours

- Cold compress can be used if there is redness or bruising

- Avoid facial treatments, massages, sauna, and laser for 2 weeks
