✅Preparation Before the Botox Program

- One to two days before the injection, stop using vitamin A acids, AHA products, and facial scrubs.

- One week before the injection, stop taking NSAID painkillers, including Brufen, Naproxen, and Motrin, as well as vitamin E, fish oil, and ginkgo, to reduce bruising.

 

✅Aftercare for the Botox Program

- After treatment, you may use cosmetics and skincare products, applying them gently and avoiding vigorous pressing or rubbing.

- For the first 1–2 hours, try to move the muscles in the injected area to help the product distribute into the muscles.

- Do not lie flat or on your side for the first 3–4 hours.

- A cold compress can be applied if redness or bruising occurs.

- For the first 2 weeks, avoid treatments, facial massages, facial steaming, and laser treatments.
