- Remove makeup from the injection area.

- Apply a cold compress to the injection area.

- The injection takes approximately 10 minutes.

✅Preparation for the Botox Program

- 1–2 days before the injection, stop using vitamin A acid products, AHA, and facial scrubs.

- One week before the injection, stop taking NSAID painkillers, including Brufen, Naproxen, and Motrin, as well as vitamin E, fish oil, and ginkgo, to reduce bruising.

 

✅Post-treatment care for the Botox Program

- After treatment, you may use cosmetics and skincare products. Apply them gently and avoid pressing or rubbing vigorously.

- For the first 1–2 hours, try moving the muscles around the injection site to help the medication spread into the muscles.

- For the first 3–4 hours, do not lie flat or on your side.

- A cold compress can be applied if redness or bruising occurs.

- During the first 2 weeks, avoid treatments, facial massages, facial steaming, and laser treatments.
